The Case Management Unit has a satellite office located in the Northern Dauphin County Human Services Center, 295 State Drive, Elizabethville, PA 17023 (adjacent to the State Police Barracks and directly across from Wal-Mart. We recently moved from our Millersburg location in the Evelyn Frederick Health Center. The new phone number is 717.362.1212. Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. We offer this facility for the convenience of consumers who live north of Peter's Mountain, so that they may obtain case management services without driving to Harrisburg.

    Case management services are offered to both adults and children three (3) years of age and older. Our office has the ability to connect people to a variety of mental health services, including counseling, medication management, and partial programs.
