We are a private non-profit agency located in Dauphin County of central Pennsylvania that is dedicated to helping people of our community become connected and remain connected to their community.

Mental Retardation services are offered for any child or adult who meet the following criteria:

 
  1. A resident of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania
  2. Age three (3) or older
  3. Consent to participate in services
    1. Parent/guardian consent for a minor child
    2. Consent by the adult seeking to receive services
  4. A diagnosis of mental retardation (Some special rules may apply for children and adults with autism)
