Mental Retardation Eligibility

Mental Retardation services are offered for any child or adult who meet the following criteria:

 
  1. A resident of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania


  2. Age three (3) or older


  3. Consent to participate in services

    1. Parent/guardian consent for a minor child

    2. Consent by the adult seeking to receive services

  4. A diagnosis of mental retardation

    (Some special rules may apply for children and adults with autism)
